Safe IT does not represent or warrant that the software, information and content or materials in the services are accurate, complete, reliable, timely, current, error- free or otherwise reliable or that the services are free of viruses or other harmful components. Therefore you should exercise caution in the use and download of any software, information and content or materials and use industry- recognised softwares to detect and disinfect the viruses or other harmful components. As a user of the services you acknowledge and agree that any reliance on or use by you of any information or content shall be entirely on your wish.

Terms And Conditions
License
Subject to the terms and compliance of the terms hereof Safe IT shall grant you a license to use the services and/or information and content provided that:
You shall use the application solely for Your personal and lawful use only.
You will not, nor allow third parties on Your behalf to:
Resell or charge others for the use of the application.
Duplicate, disassemble, decompile, transfer, exchange or translate the application, create derivative works of the application of any kind whatsoever or attempt to reverse engineer, alter or modify any part of the application.
You warrant to otherwise comply with the terms and conditions provided hereby.
For avoidance of any doubt this license is personal, non exclusive, non transferable, non sub-licensable, revocable and a limited license to use the application on a mobile device that you own or control.
Service Modifications
Safe IT shall have the right at its sole discretion, to modify, add, change, add to, terminate or discontinue (with respect to an individual user or all users) the services and/or any associated services, information and content or technical specifications with or without notice to you and that Safe IT will not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly to you or any other person in any way for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of, or in any connection with, any such modification or discontinuance.
Limitation of Liability
You agree that Safe IT or its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, special, incidental, indirect or consequential damages of any kind in connection with this agreement or your use of the application, even if Safe IT has been informed in advance of the possibility of such damages.
Affiliations
Safe IT is neither an official application of nor is it affiliated to any Government or any other Non Government Organizations.
Charges Incurred
Data charges and carrier charges according to the user's service provider may be incurred at various junctions while using the services of Safe IT with or without any prior notification in any form to the user. Besides the above mentioned charges Safe IT itself does not collect any other charges from the user.
Application Stores
The application can and should be downloaded only from Google Play. You agree to comply with all their terms and conditions and privacy policy, if any, applicable for the use of the application or related services. Safe IT shall not be responsible for violation and infringement of any third party (including Google Play) rights, terms and conditions in connection with access, download or installation of the application by you.
Advertising Material
Some part of Safe IT may contain advertising information or promotion material or other material submitted to Safe IT by third parties. Responsibility that the material submitted for inclusion on Safe IT complies with the applicable law is exclusively on the party providing the information/material. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotion of advertisers or including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with any such dealings, are solely between You and such an advertiser. Safe IT or its affiliates will not be responsible or liable for any claim, error, omissions, inaccuracies in advertising material or any loss or damage of any sort incurred as a result of any such dealings or as a result of the presence of such advertisers on the application. Safe IT reserves the right to omit, suspend or change the position of any advertising material submitted for insertion.

Safe IT stores the email address provided by you, which may be linked to your device directly or indirectly in any form whatsoever, only on the device the application is installed and is in use on. The email account associated with this mail address, may be used with or without any notice to you in any form for sending mails and/or reading mails associated with or required for the use of the services and/or information and content provided by Safe IT.
Safe IT also collects information about your device location on your use of the services that are provided by Safe IT. The location information in any form, directly or indirectly, temporarily or permanently is not stored by Safe IT and the collected location is purely used by Safe IT to provide the required services and/or information and content.
Information including email addresses, contact names and any other contact information of any other person provided by you manually or through your device's address book or contact lists is solely used for the services and/or information and content provided by Safe IT.
Safe IT reads mails, for the email address provided by the user, messages and call logs of the device on which the application is installed and is use on, solely intended for providing the required services and/or information and content.
Use of Information
Safe IT may share non-personally-identifiable information (such as anonymous user usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, asset views, number of clicks, etc) with third parties for better understand the usage patterns for certain services, advertisements, promotions and/or any other functionality related to the application.
